New and returning members should complete the forms in this packet when joining the pack (or renewing membership). Included are a general Pack Information sheet, a Pack Registration form, a Family Talent Survey, and the BSA Medical Forms Parts A & B. The medical form is needed for outdoor activities, in the event of a medical emergency. (note: if possible, print these forms double-sided).

Scouts joining the pack (or new to scouting) as well as newly joining Leaders also need to complete an official BSA Application Form. These are available from the Membership Coordinator.

On November 30, 2016, BSA announced some changes to the new (2015) Cub Scout Program. Mostly, this re-organizes some adventures, and makes them simpler to achieve (making some elements optional, or removing them altogether). This supplements the information in the Cub Scout handbooks, and will (eventually) be available as an insert you can print (or even better, buy) and insert into the book.

Talk to your Den Leaders about how this changes things. It may seem complicated and daunting at first, but it should be reasonably easy to accomplish, but it'll be a little confusing for a while.
